A: With our print-on-demand and template system, you can launch in as little as 3–5 days. For custom-built programs or bulk orders, timelines vary depending on the scope—typically 2–3 weeks.




Q: What if I don’t have a design yet?

A: No problem. Our in-house design team can create something from scratch or refine your existing idea. We can also provide mockups and samples before anything goes live.




Q: Can I use my own designs or logos?

A: Definitely. You can send us your artwork or have our team help clean it up for production. We’ll make sure it prints clean, crisp, and true to your brand.




Q: Can I see samples before I launch?

A: Yes. We can create sample orders so you can touch, feel, and approve your merch before selling it to customers.




Q: How many pieces do I need to order?

A: We offer both bulk and print-on-demand services. For bulk orders, our minimum is typically 24 pieces per design. For POD, there’s no minimum—we print as orders come in.




Q: What if I want to offer different sizes and colors?

A: We can set up your collection with size and color options, and even offer garment upgrades like heavyweight tees, pigment dye, or eco-friendly blanks.




Q: What happens if something is out of stock?

A: Our system is connected to our suppliers in real-time. If something is out of stock, we’ll suggest close alternatives or notify you before the order is processed.




Q: Do I have to manage inventory?

A: Nope. With our POD setup, you don’t need to order or store anything. We handle inventory and production—only printing when someone buys.




Q: Can you ship to my customers?

A: Yes. We can ship directly to your customers under your brand, whether it’s one order or hundreds. We also offer full fulfillment services if you need us to store, pack, and ship for you.
